During our engagement and for six months following its conclusion, clients agree not to directly or indirectly recruit, hire, or engage any Envision Greatness employee, contractor, or consultant who worked on your account. This protects the investment we've made in our team and the continuity of service we provide to all clients.

All engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes are first submitted to non-binding mediation; if unresolved, they proceed to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Minnesota.

Yes. Envision Greatness LLC reserves the right to update our policies at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
