Acerca del evento
Professionals who work closely with communities often carry the emotional weight of others’ fear, grief, and uncertainty. Over time, this exposure can lead to secondary traumatic stress, emotional fatigue, and burnout—impacting focus, judgment, and consistency. This two-part series supports professionals operating in complex systems and high-emotional-demand environments, offering practical tools to remain grounded, ethical, and effective.
