Brittany Clausen, MSW is the Chief Executive Officer at Envision Greatness. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN.
Brittany was recently named as one of the “Top Black Leaders You Should Know” by Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal in 2024 and recognized as one of the 2022 Top DEI Leaders by Twin Cities Business Magazine. Her work is centered on integrating social justice into leadership development to enhance employee engagement and foster meaningful community connections.

Lonnia Jefferson

Lonnia specializes in fractional CFO services, financial management, and accounting support. With extensive experience working with BIPOC entrepreneurs, Lonnia is passionate about helping small businesses navigate financial complexities and achieve sustainable growth. Leo Wells is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, having earned their Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Spring 2023, after merging the subjects of African American & African Studies, LGBT Studies, and Gender Women and Sexuality Studies. They have engaged in racial and social justice studies for almost a decade, and have made it their goal to create safe workspaces for marginalized people by working as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion professional.

With over 7 years of experience, she excels at building rapport with diverse customers and colleagues. Her expertise spans roles in the hospitality and technology industries. She consistently delivers exceptional service and effective solutions, all while pursuing a commercial modeling and acting career.
Stephanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Inver Hills Community College. She also served as the DECA Vice President and was recognized as a National Top 5% performer in the Hospitality sector.

Kat Nguyen
Business Development and Administrative Assistant

Kat Nguyen is a Business Development and Administrative Assistant at Envision Greatness. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics at St. Catherine University, graduating in December 2026. With a strong academic background, she has earned A Honor Roll, served as Student Council Secretary, and participated in National Honor Society and Diversity Club. Beyond academics, Kat is an accomplished dancer, varsity cheerleader, musician, and choreographer, with a passion for leadership and community engagement.
She is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, market research, and content creation, while also exploring entrepreneurship, branding, and business growth. With aspirations to own her own business, Kat is excited to develop her skills and make an impact at Envision Greatness.
