Brittany D. Clausen

Brittany Clausen, MSW, LGSW, is the CEO of Envision Greatness, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, HR systems, and inclusive workplace strategy. With over 10 years of experience, Brittany partners with government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to build strong teams, improve internal infrastructure, and align culture with mission.
She holds a Master’s in Social Work, a DEI Certificate from the University of South Florida, and is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Assessor. Her consulting focuses on inclusive leadership, compliance-aligned HR practices, and culture transformation—especially within DHS- and HUD-funded programs.
Brittany has been nationally recognized as a Top DEI Leader and one of MSPBJ’s “Top Black Leaders You Should Know.”

Lonnia Jefferson

Gary Warren Cooper is a Marketing student at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, with hands-on experience in customer service leadership, market research, and community engagement. With over four years of progressive responsibility at Caribou Coffee, Gary currently serves as a Shift Lead, where he oversees daily operations, trains new employees, and ensures exceptional customer experiences.
Gary’s academic background is enriched by applied research projects in partnership with local organizations like MN Opera and SVP Minneapolis. These experiences have honed his skills in focus group facilitation, survey design, and strategic presentation—making him a versatile communicator and collaborative problem-solver.
A former Eagle Scout, Gary brings a grounded leadership style rooted in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. He is passionate about using data and storytelling to enhance brand visibility and connect with diverse audiences.
