Brittany Clausen, MSW, LGSW, is the CEO of Envision Greatness, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, HR systems, and inclusive workplace strategy. With over 10 years of experience, Brittany partners with government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to build strong teams, improve internal infrastructure, and align culture with mission.
She holds a Master’s in Social Work, a DEI Certificate from the University of South Florida, and is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Assessor. Her consulting focuses on inclusive leadership, compliance-aligned HR practices, and culture transformation—especially within DHS- and HUD-funded programs.

Her leadership in student-led initiatives like Book Club and Baking Club reflects her initiative, organization, and team spirit.

Alexis Martinez Contreras

Alexis Martinez Contreras is a senior at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing Education with a minor in Business Management and a Sales Certificate. He brings a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and customer engagement, developed through both academic study and professional experience.
His background includes roles in retail and food service, where he gained expertise in workflow optimization, customer service, and brand consistency. Alexis also has competencies in CRM systems, data visualization, collaboration tools, and report writing. With his bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, he is committed to supporting inclusive and effective communication in diverse environments.
