Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Envision Greatness does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have, and we have no plans to. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them anyway — because you should not have to take our word for it.

What This Means

• No sale. We do not exchange your personal information with third parties for money or other valuable consideration.

• No sharing for targeted advertising. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Limited service providers only. We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing, email delivery, and scheduling) under contracts that restrict how they may use it.

 

Your Right to Opt Out

Residents of certain states — including Minnesota (under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act), California (under the CCPA/CPRA), and others — have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information and the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of; however, you may still submit a request and we will confirm and honor it.

 

How to Submit a Request

• Email hello@envisiongreatnessnow.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

• Include your name and the email address associated with your interactions with us so we can locate your information.

• You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization.

 

We will respond within forty-five (45) days. We will never discriminate against you — in pricing, service, or quality — for exercising any privacy right.

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) sent by your browser.
