This interactive workshop tackles the harmful effect of the Savior Complex in community service. Despite good intentions, many unknowingly perpetuate white supremacy when serving communities of color due to ignorance, lack of self-awareness, and failure to involve the community. This leads to ongoing distrust and disengagement. Learn to challenge this through mindfulness, action planning, and inclusive leadership practices.
